Kids Fitness Classes
Genesis Fitness Centre offers a range of fun, engaging and age-appropriate challenging classes for kids from 4 years to 9 years of age. All our kids classes have a major emphasis on fun and encouragement, every student leaves the class with a smile.
The current Kids Fitness Classes include:
Boxing
- Genesis Fitness Centre runs five Prep boxing classes per week.
- For parent convenience, we also offer a pick up and drop off service for Genesis Christian College.
- Prep boxing is a circuit based class combining boxing combos in a fun, encouraging and energetic environment.
Active Kids
- Genesis Fitness Centre runs two Active Kids classes per week
- The students participate in a circuit-based class that incorporates vital fundamentals of movement that assist in the physical development of children
