We believe that a healthy diet contributes to our overall health and performance just as much as training does. That’s why we now offer Sports Nutrition services at GSA. Optimal nutrition is fundamental in building a strong base to perform at your best, whether that’s in sport or your day-to-day life.

Our Sports Nutritionist can assist with the following:

  • Maximising your energy levels
  • Body composition goals (weight loss/muscle gain)
  • Sports nutrition education
  • Nutrition for training and event days
  • Nutrition for recovery

We offer a Sports Nutrition Package which is tailored to you as an individual, something to suit your personal needs, lifestyle, and preferences. The package is a total of $100 and includes:

  • 1 x Initial consultation
  • 2 x Follow up consultations

The initial consults will include the following:

  • Comprehensive health and risk assessment
  • Dive into your goals
  • Your history with nutrition
  • Current exercise habits
  • Current lifestyle and diet
  • Relevant medical history
  • Physiological factors (sleep, stress, etc.)
  • We’ll then collaboratively develop a plan

In the follow up consults, we’ll assess how you’re progressing with your goals and performance. We’ll then modify the plan as necessary to ensure you’re saying on track to achieve your goals.
